Admissions Policy
Kreative Beginnings admits children of any sex, race, color, national or ethnic origin or religious beliefs, who are newborn thru age six.
A meeting with the parent/guardian in the form of a facility tour will be provided before enrollment. This is to introduce parents to our philosophy, teachers, and environment to ensure that Kreative Beginnings is a good fit for their family.
The enrollment paperwork must be completed and turned in to the center prior to your child's start date. Children will not be enrolled unless an immunization record is present and immunizations are up to date. The Director reserves the right to terminate enrollment if the program does not meet the needs of the child.

Pre-Enrollment Forms
To secure a spot in our program, we require a completed Pre-Admission application and $100 registration fee. If you would like to complete the form before your visit you may access it below.

We also require a physician's form to be completed, and this can sometimes be a lengthy process. We recommend printing this form and taking it to your child's doctor to be completed as soon as possible, as it is required by any licensed child care center. You have one month from your child's first day to turn it in.
